BP Monitor is a remote blood pressure monitoring tool provided by Eminat Medical Center to help patients share blood pressure readings with their treating physician. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name and phone number, provided by you or by your doctor's office when you are enrolled.
• Blood pressure and pulse readings you enter, along with the date and time of each reading.
• Which doctor(s) you are being monitored by.
• Your messaging preference (WhatsApp or SMS) and language preference.

How we use your information

• To let you record and review your blood pressure readings.
• To send you reminders (by WhatsApp or SMS) at the times you or your doctor's office configured.
• To generate a summary report of your readings for your treating physician at the end of your monitoring period.

Who can see your information

Your readings and contact information are only visible to the doctor(s) assigned to your account and to authorized staff at Eminat Medical Center. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information, including phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We keep your readings for as long as needed to support your monitoring program and your doctor's records. You can ask your doctor's office to have your account and data removed at any time.

BP Monitor is a recording tool only. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience a very high reading, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any severe symptoms, call emergency services immediately.
