BP Monitor Reminders sends blood pressure monitoring reminders and related account messages by SMS to patients who choose SMS as their preferred contact method, or whose phone number is enrolled by their doctor's office for this purpose.

Message types & frequency

You may receive up to 2 messages per day, on the reminder schedule you (or your doctor's office) configured. You may also receive a one-time invitation message when your account is first created. Message frequency may vary.

Consent

By providing your phone number and selecting SMS as your reminder method, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving care from Eminat Medical Center.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from BP Monitor. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask your doctor's office to switch your reminder method or remove your number.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
